Warranty Terms

The warranty is in addition to your rights and obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Should any inconsistency exist between our conditions of sale and the ACL, the ACL shall prevail only to the extent of the inconsistency.

The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer.

The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.

A 1-year warranty covers the structural integrity of outdoor products. It is recommended that all outdoor product is kept in undercover areas, as goods that are exposed to extreme weather conditions cannot be warranted. When choosing a powder coat colour for outdoor use please select a suitable UV stable choice, as the product is not warranted against natural fading.

Whilst every care is taken to provide the most suitable finish according to the use and the environment the product will be subjected to, Channel can’t guarantee powder coat finishes against scratching, scuffing, chipping, fading or corrosion and as a result of direct use in harsh seafront locations. Minor corrosion spots under table tops, seats and bases do not affect the structural integrity of the product and are not covered by warranty.

All other warranties and liability of Channel Enterprises for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, is expressly excluded.
