Terms & Conditions

1. SLATE MOSAIC NOTES: All slate must be inspected on delivery. Any claims of dissatisfaction or damaged goods after 3 days of delivery will be rejected. All Slate Tables must be sealed to prevent staining, we recommend Spirit UniSeal 'Wet Look'.

2. TRAVERTINE MOSIAC NOTES: All travertine must be inspected on delivery. Any claims of dissatisfaction or damaged goods after 3 days of delivery will be rejected. All Travertine Tables must be sealed to prevent staining, we recommend Spirit Hard Surface Seal. Exposure to direct sunlight may bleach the travertine.

3. GRC NOTES: All GRC must be inspected on delivery. Any claims of dissatisfaction or damaged goods after 3 days of delivery will be rejected. GRC may have color variations & patchiness, it is not a defect, it is part of the rustic character. All GRC Table products should be correctly sealed to prevent staining. We recommend Spirit Natural Sealer (can be purchased from us). New tables may have powdery residue, remove with warm soapy water & stiff nylon brush. Legs are to be placed at 1/3 intervals to avoid bowing. Spills on tables should be wiped as early as possible. Sunlight can also fade some stains.

4. WROUGHT IRON NOTES: Use of Penetrol is recommended on all wrought iron to minimize rusting.

5. P.E. WICKER NOTES: Furniture is made from UV resistant P.E. wicker woven over aluminum frames.

6. KUBU NOTES: Kubu is a natural product (a fast-growing, hard vine) and must be kept undercover (either indoors or on a verandah/patio). Direct exposure to the elements will damage the product. Frames are made from solid timber.

7. TRADING TERMS & CONDITIONS: Goods are supplied with the express condition that no responsibility will be accepted for any breakage or damage in freight. Goods supplied faultily will be exchanged or refunded at our discretion. RETURNS; any returns or claims of dissatisfied or damaged goods must be made within three days of receipt of goods. Items will be exchanged, repaired or refunded at our discretion and all claims exclude the cost of freight.

8. PRICING: Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are subject to 10% GST.
